Odesza

Odesza

Adding a heavier beat but keeping the "dreamy" side of indie electronica intact, Seattle duo Odesza formed in 2012 at Seattle's Western Washington University. Members Harrison Mills (aka Catacombkid) and Clayton Knight (aka Beaches Beaches) had known each other since they were freshman at the college, but Odesza didn't form until their senior year. There was instant chemistry, and the pair worked prolifically, quickly carving out a distinctive heady sound: glitched-out vocals, soaring, visceral melodies and ear-gripping drumsWith help from a large and devoted fanbase, Odesza’s story has continued to grow since the 2012 release of their debut album "Summer’s Gone".  Following their breakthrough single, "Say My Name (feat. Zyra)" hitting #1 on Spotify’s US Viral Chart, their In Return tour has racked up over 95 sold out shows around the world. Now with 22 Hypemachine #1’s, over 95 million SoundCloud plays, and their most recent album "In Return" reaching #1 on the iTunes electronic chart, Odesza is well on their way to reaching cult status

Mazde

Beautiful Bonn born electronic producer Mazde first gained attention with his melodic and bass thumping remix of Disclosure’s ‘Help Me Lose My Mind’. Having been trained in both classical and jazz composition from the age of six, Mazde continues to forge his learnt skills for creating songs and remixes at the forefront of what's innovative in electronic music worldwide.

Mazde's naturally pulled in the influences of the musical stylings of those around him. Take his dad's obsession with Jack Johnson, mix it with East Europe's obsession with dance music, add some Chrome Sparks, Ta-Ku, Jamie xx, Hayden James and more and bake for 10 minutes, then you have Mazde.
